Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no contract.
Are there any hidden costs?
Be sure about this. There are NO hidden costs. You only pay what you see. We also do not have any contracts. Billing will be done monthly, and you can cancel your plan anytime.
Is there a discount for managing tons of social accounts with?
Yes. For every 9 social accounts, the 10th one comes free. So if you need 20 social accounts, you will only pay for 18.

How relevant is the content that you post?
All content that we post will be specially crafted for your business by a trained content specialist to engage your audience.
Even though we provide affordable social media marketing services, the quality isn’t ‘cheap’.
What if I don't like what you're posting?
Your account manager will be posting content on your profiles as per the details you submitted and the discussions with you.
Hence, usually the content we publish is in-line with your ideas.
But, in case you don’t like any piece of content posted by us, you can just notify the same to your account manager and we’ll take care of it.
Will I have to give the login details for my social accounts?
Yes, for Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram, we’ll need login details.
For other networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, you can make us a ‘manager/editor’ of the page which does not require providing the login details.
Can you promote promotions and offers for my business?
Yes, definitely. You can just send them to your account manager. Your account manager will schedule them as required.
After I order, when will you start working on my social media?
Once you order your social media plan, we’ll start working on your accounts within 1-2 working days. Please make sure that you give us the access to your social accounts after you order. We’ll be unable to post anything until you provide the access.
If you do not have any social account, then we’ll create accounts for you and start working within 2 working days.
My business is a big business. Can you handle our social media accounts?
